About Dr. Idso
Dr. Stefan Idso's path to orthodontics took a few meaningful detours. After earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he served seven years as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force, working as a Navigator on C-130 aircraft. That experience took him across the country and around the world before he turned his focus to dentistry.
Dr. Idso earned his dental degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating summa cum laude and earning induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He then completed his orthodontic residency at Marquette, earning both a Master's degree and a Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics.
Dr. Idso has achieved the status of Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a prestigious distinction earned through an intensive certification and examination process covering every facet of orthodontic treatment. Board certification at this level is achieved by a small percentage of orthodontic specialists.
